Length matters

  • Primary: ankle length (above ankle bone) is standard.
  • Secondary: crew length (mid-calf) for most schools. Boys often ankle.
  • Wrong length = uniform inspection flag.

Material

  • Cotton blend (60-80% cotton) breathes well in SG heat.
  • Pure polyester = sweat-trap = blisters.
  • Look for reinforced heel + toe — last 2x longer.

School rules

  • Most schools require plain white with NO visible logos.
  • Brand swooshes / words on the side are usually flagged.
