Who we are

School Supplies SG (“we”, “us”) operates the website schoolsupplies.sg. We are an independent editorial guide for Singapore parents. We are not a school, not affiliated with the Ministry of Education, and not a uniform retailer.

What we collect

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages parents find useful. GA4 may store cookies on your device and record your approximate location, device type, browser, and the pages you visit on our site. GA4 records IP addresses only briefly before they are anonymised.

Email subscriptions. If you sign up for our newsletter, we store the email address you provide together with the page you signed up from and the date.

Checklist progress. When you tick or skip items on our checklists, we save that state in your browser’s localStorage. This never leaves your device — we cannot see it.

What we do not collect

• We do not ask for your name, address, NRIC, or phone number.
• We do not store anything about your child.
• We do not sell, rent, or share data with third parties.
• We do not run targeted advertising on this site.

Your rights under PDPA

Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) gives you the right to ask what data we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@schoolsupplies.sg. We respond within 30 days.

Opting out

You can disable analytics by using your browser’s “Do Not Track” setting, an ad blocker, or by visiting our site in a private window. You can unsubscribe from any of our emails using the link at the bottom, or email us.

We do not set our own tracking cookies. Third parties may set cookies:

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will update the date at the top and announce it in our next newsletter. Continuing to use the site means you accept the latest version.
